All properties being sold are required to submit a Property Transfer Application.  Per Ordinance #10-1228, the following will be performed:

  1. Township Official will inspect the outside of the property for sidewalks and house number compliance.Any and all deficiencies will be noted and required to be corrected prior to sale.
  2. Property file will be reviewed to ascertain if there are any permits which all required inspections have not been performed and therefore permits remain open.All open permits must be finalized prior to sale.
  3. Property file will be reviewed for any zoning hearings associated with the property.
  4. Affidavit of the Presence of Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Sump Pumps must be signed.
  5. Any open Notices of Violation must be addressed prior to sale.
  6. Curb(s) and apron(s) will be checked and documented (not required for sale).
  7. If curb(s) and/or apron(s) are found to be in a failed state during the point-of-sale inspection, they will be marked for removal and replacement PRIOR TO SALE under the Property Maintenance Code as enforced by Upper Dublin Township.
